Harmonie Extra Brut 2018

This is 'Les Barils' older, more sophisticated sibling.  This comes from about .5 hectares of the estate's best south-facing slopes and is only made in the best vintages.  With roughly 20% fermented in barrel, it sees nearly four years on the lees.
