This is the most serious offering from the Mavits and should be decanted right before serving.  Think blackberries and leather with a velvety texture.

About the producer: Alexandra and Olivier farm in the rocky, windswept hills above Corbières — the heart of the Roussillon — but they make wines in a lighter, more ethereal style that's atypical for this region.
