About the domaine: 

Bryan Marx’s new solo project is Domaine de Tuileries, focusing on single-parcel Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the town of Venteuil, a few minutes drive west of Épernay. The wines are aged in barrels in a natural limestone cave (accessible only via a roadside trap-door) deep underneath the vineyards; they are all absolutely stellar! 

Bryan aged two barrels of 100% Pinot Meunier in acacia barrels for 10 months, resulting in a Champagne bursting with vanilla-bean poached pear and crème brûlée, with stunning acidity to balance out the rich aromas.  Disgorged in March 2023.
